Rizal Resources Corporation is a mineral company engaged in the exploration of precious and base metal projects  (gold-silver-copper) with a high quality portfolio of mineral assets, located in Philippine Island of Mindanao, long recognized as one of the country’s most mineralized areas. Its corporate objective is to advance the exploration and economical development of our projects.

Mr. Neil Grimes

Managing Director and CEO

Mr Grimes has had vast experience working for many different mining companies including BHP, WMC Ltd, OZ Minerals and Indophil Resources. He has extensive knowledge of The Philippines. and many other South East Asian countries due to his current role as managing Director of Mannerim Capital where he consults with companies hoping to get an edge in this market.
Mr Grimes was a long-term Officer in the Australian Army (Reserve) which culminated in a deployment to the Solomon Islands in 2009 as the Commander of the RAMSI Military task force including 220 personnel from Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Tonga.

Mr. John Reynolds

Director

Mr Reynolds has been practising law for more than 26 years and spent more than 13 years working internationally. He joined the Project Engineering, Energy and Infrastructure Group of Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) in London. Over the next 10 years John provided advice and managed international disputes for companies like Alstom, Mitsubishi, Fluor, Bechtel, Motorola, Thales and Anadarko Petroleum.
Mr Reynolds relocated back to Australia in 2011 and has spent the last 8 years working in several areas of the legal spectrum with the majority of the time spent working in the mining and energy space. This work included representing the traditional owners of James Price Point in Federal Court proceedings against the West Australian Government, Woodside and the Kimberley Land Council and working in a boutique legal practice focusing on providing legal advice to the mining industry at many levels.

Ms. Richelle L. Singson Michael

Director

Ms. Singson Michael has developed an extensive working knowledge of various corporate and financial disclosure matters and deep working relationships with Australian, Singapore and Korean corporations. Ms. Singson Michael has been the Chief Executive Officer for Platinum Skies Aviation and North South Airlines for over 7 years and serves on the Boards of Satrap Mining Corporation, Northlander Real Estate & Development Inc., Satrap Power Corporation and Blemp Commercial of the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture educated as a scholar at the University of the Philippines and is an award winning Architect as well as an aviation pilot.

Mr. Yuzheng Xie

Chairman

Mr Xie has an extensive steel material marketing and trading background and is a seasoned dealmaker with experience in securing project finance and capitalizing small-mid cap mining companies.
